Terms of service
ROMELIQ service map — updated September 8, 2026
These Terms of Service are the ground rules for visiting romeliq.com, exploring the ROMELIQ beauty edit, creating an account, contacting us, or placing an order. By using the storefront, you agree to these Terms and to the policies presented through checkout.
Map 01 — Your part of the checkout
You must be legally able to make the purchase where you live. Supply current and accurate account, billing, payment, and delivery information. Protect your login details and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for reviewing the product, quantity, address, delivery method, price, tax, and total before submitting an order.
Map 02 — Product information
ROMELIQ brings together lash clusters, lash tools and other beauty products from different makers. We aim to present the supplied descriptions, images, sizes, prices, ingredients, packaging, and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting, application technique, and normal manufacturing updates can affect appearance. Always read the current package, ingredient list, warnings, and directions before use. Patch test when the label advises it, stop use if discomfort occurs, and seek qualified professional advice for a health concern. Store content is general shopping information and is not medical advice.
Map 03 — Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we send confirmation or begin fulfillment. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error, limit quantities, or reject or cancel an order affected by unavailable stock, failed authorization, suspected fraud, security concerns, an invalid address, or resale activity. If we cancel an amount already captured, we will arrange a return to the original payment method.
Map 04 — Prices, payment, delivery, and returns
Currency, discounts, taxes, delivery charges, and the final total are displayed during checkout. Payment services may be supplied by independent providers. The Shipping Policy explains preparation, tracking, customs, and estimated transit. The Return Policy explains hygiene-sensitive exclusions, eligibility, postage, and refund timing. Those policies form part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer protections remain available where applicable law does not permit them to be excluded.
Map 05 — Acceptable storefront use
- Use the store only for lawful shopping, account management, and customer communication.
- Do not submit false orders, abuse promotions, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or disrupt another customer’s use.
- ROMELIQ names, copy, photography, graphics, layouts, and other store material may not be reproduced without permission or another lawful basis.
Map 06 — Shopify and outside services
The storefront is hosted by Shopify and may use separate payment, analytics, advertising, communications, fulfillment, and delivery services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make ROMELIQ responsible for their content, security, availability, or practices.
Map 07 — Availability and responsibility
We may maintain, update, restrict, or discontinue store features for operational, legal, or security reasons. To the extent permitted by law, access is provided on an available basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a purchase-related limit is permitted, aggregate responsibility will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
Map 08 — Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms when the store, technology, operations, or legal requirements change. The version in effect when an order is submitted ordinarily applies to that order unless law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Questions can be mapped to support@romeliq.com.
